Resicert Inspection Businesses – Non Disclosure Agreement
[/mk_fancy_title][vc_column_text disable_pattern=”true” align=”left” margin_bottom=”0″]
Thank you for filling in the application. You should have received an email with the overview document which will give you some key information on Resicert to help you determine whether this opportunity is right for you. You will find the answers to a few of your questions in the overview document and it should give you a good picture of our business as a whole – how we function and how your licensed business would work.
Once you have read the document and would like to get some more information, please sign the Non-Disclosure document (find below).
Signing this document will give you access to our comprehensive step-by-step online resource which discloses in depth details including:
• Financials and potential earnings
• The types of inspections we offer
• Inspection equipment required
• The Resicert Business Model
• The legal documents involved
Once you have been onto this website you will also be contacted by Paul Antonelli – the CEO and Founder – who will be able to answer any more specific questions you might have and help you further assess how compatible our business is with you.
You might be asking yourself, “What is an NDA and why are these guys asking me to sign one?”
First, let’s define NDA. It means: a Non-Disclosure Agreement (noun)
1. a contract by which one or more parties agree not to disclose confidential information that they have shared with each other as a necessary part of doing business together.”all staff sign non-disclosure agreements, thus ensuring the confidentiality of any proprietary information”
Why?
We have a ton of really great backend systems and processes that take away all of the hard work for our licensees. A lot of things happen for them automatically to make sure that their focus is on doing inspections and not all of the difficult back-end tasks that often make running your own business so hard and time-consuming. We call this our Intellectual Property, or IP. We have built some back-end systems that are, as Paul calls them, “off-the-planet cool”, and if we tell you about them, you need to keep it to yourself. So we ask you to sign the Non-disclosure agreement.
Keep going:
To move forward with your investigation of the Resicert Business Opportunity, please sign our Confidentiality & Non-disclosure Agreement.
This is done using an online system (no paper!)
