Rating: 10 - Brilliant Fantastic from the minute I did a google and then picked up the phone. Anthony was easy to talk to, kind, helpful and ready to answer any questions I had from the get go. Booking an appointment was super easy and then lots of communication to confirm details. On the day Anthony was wonderful, kind, friendly, professional, honest and took the time to explain some of the behind the scenes and it was really easy to understand. He was prompt, througher and had done a little research before he arrived. He had strong knowledge of products, regulations and in depth understanding of more then just one trade and was happy to share his opinions and findings. The report was finalised very very quickly and that made my part of it way less stressful then o was expecting. The payment system was also very easy to use and great for those people like me who often mix up numbers on bills. Would happily recommend to anyone i can. Thankyou

Rating: 10 - Brilliant The report seemed very detailed and specific. I like the way that photos were included so that when I visited the property a few days later I easily found everything that was mentioned.
