Meet Ashok Chahar, one of Resicert’s dedicated building and pest inspectors. Bringing over 15 years of experience in business management across transport, aged care, and disability support, Ashok has seamlessly transitioned from managing complex operations to meticulously inspecting residential properties.
As a property inspector, Ashok specialises in identifying structural building defects, timber pest infestations, and hidden issues that aren’t obvious at first glance. He transforms thorough on-site assessments and high-detail photographs into clear, easy-to-understand reports, providing homebuyers and investors with total peace of mind.
Outside of work, Ashok enjoys travelling, fitness, and family time (though he admits he can’t stop inspecting walls and ceilings wherever he goes!).
