As General Manager of Business Services, Casey leads a diverse portfolio across compliance, contracts, franchise governance, recruitment and HR, while contributing to the broader strategic direction of Resicert as a member of the senior leadership team.
With experience across both the strategic and operational sides of the business, Casey specialises in compliance, risk, franchise agreements, contractual matters and conflict resolution. She provides practical commercial and contractual guidance to leadership and franchisees, helping navigate complex business and relationship matters. Known for her pragmatic approach and attention to detail, Casey brings a considered, solutions-focused mindset to managing risk, resolving issues and supporting sound commercial decision-making.
