About
I love what I do, and with more than 5,000 building and pest inspections completed, I bring a wealth of hands-on experience to every property I step into. As a proud West Side local, husband, and dad to two energetic young boys, I know just how important finding the perfect, safe family home is.
When I’m not helping friends and clients confidently buy and sell property, you’ll probably find me out for a run, camping or relaxing at the beach with my family. Let’s work together to make sure your next property venture is a success!
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

Testimonials
I recently had a building and pest inspection with Daniel Simpson prior to buying a house and I’m very happy with the service. Communication was clear, Daniel was thorough and checked everything needed (to be clear, I ordered the premium service for peace of mind as we bought our first home). The report helped me to negotiate with the seller for an adjustment of price to fix the defects.
